Stay true to yourself and know what you are saying
That is the starting point of our training courses. Journalists do their job and can ask any question they want. But, are the questions relevant? Are they insinuating? An interview can go in a different direction than you expect and sometimes a different direction than you would like.
Media training experience
Our trainers have decades of experience with media training and with the field of tension between companies and media. We show candidates how news works and what the interests are of the journalist, the public and the interviewee. It is good to realise what the effect can be of how you say something, in addition to what you say. Does the message come across? Role-playing is an important part of the training, in front of a camera. After a day of intensive training, you are aware of your message, how you deliver it and how it comes across. You know what you do and don't want to say and how to keep your footing.
How media works
We teach you to understand how media work and the methodology to stay with your message and with yourself. We think this is very important and will tell you why. Authenticity is ultimately a very important condition for getting your story across well and convincingly. The result is a story that is relevant to journalists and the intended audience.
Simple to apply
If you have had our training, it is quite simple to apply the learned techniques to tell a clear story yourself when communicating with the media, while always staying close to yourself. We are not about tricks and endlessly repeating pre-cooked messages, which is what many media trainers teach you so that you have to go back to the same media trainer every time there is a new issue and you have to memorise new messages. On the contrary.

That is why you should always:
Stay true to yourself and know what you are saying.
